Subconscious Mind

and The Big Glass Door

The Big Glass Door and Success as written in my book Trainwashing: The Secrets of Positive Brain Washing.

The Room with the Sixth Sense is your Subconscious Mind

Let’s think about Trainwashing in another way. The successes and failures we’ve had to date, as well as the successes and failures we can imagine for the future, all stem from our life experiences since childhood. From early childhood we use our five senses in order to judge and guide us through this experience we call our life. We rely on what we see, our sense of sight. We rely on our sense of smell.

Our sense of touch sends signals to our brain about what is hot, cold, or has texture. We absorb this information for later use in life. We rely on our sense of hearing to get messages from other people who tell us how we are to live this life experience. Our sense of taste allows us to eat certain things, which bring us pleasure or make us gag. These are the five senses we are very aware of them because we use them daily.

So we know that our five senses are activated from birth in order to create this experience that we call life. Our five senses guide us on our journey of life until we are old and gray and our senses begin to fail. The human senses allow us to have perceptions of what is good, bad, what we are doing right, and what we are doing wrong during our life experiences.

Conscious Mind vs. Subconscious Mind

subconscious mind

But these five senses are not always accurate in developing the experiences that will allow for a completely successful life. Furthermore, they may not allow humans to be able to attract and manifest whatever it is that we want in life. These five senses can be tricked into giving false feedback which will completely hinder whether we are able to attract into our lives a life that is completely successful.

In our human experience we also have a sixth sense. The sixth sense is very much a part of our entire life’s experience and may be the most important sense that we have and yet the least utilized. I would go even further to say that our sixth sense is the one that we trust the least but is the most important to develop in order to achieve and attract into our life everything that we wish.

First let’s talk about the five senses and how they apply to the human experience and how it applies to what you can attract into your life or into this experience. Then I will discuss how the very important senses apply to the Trainwashing experience.  Think about everything you experience in life from childhood as if it is a box or room in which information is stored. I say a box or room because our minds are mass storage centers which store and keep all of the data in our lives. The information that you take in to this box or this one room is the information that you will be able to pull from at a later date whether conscious or unconscious.

Who’s Running Your Subconscious Mind?

Where VIP success training happens

In the end, this box or room contains your complete life experience and is also the fabric of how you live and think about the value and quality of your life. The information that you put into this box or that is put into this room by others is the information that you are able to pull out to utilize during this life experience. Now obviously we do not choose all of the information that we put into our boxes or our room on our own.

The information that goes into this room when we are children is mostly dictated by our parents or guardian. This information, believe it or not, is the beginning of your brainwashing. Yes, Brainwashing. The information that is put into our mind, into this room, can be positive brainwashing or negative brainwashing. So how does this box or room work for and against us as we strive for better life and human experience? Let’s say within the contents of this box or room we have at the top one big window.

We also have within this space five separate doors, the last one being a Big Glass Door. We were born with this window and five doors. The window and doors are your five senses and one sense you are less aware at this point in life, your sixth sense. The window at the top is your sight. The first door below the window is your sense of smell. The second door is your sense of touch. The third door is hearing. The fourth is taste. The filth big glass door is your sixth sense…

Top 10 Reasons for Failure in Life and Why

Top 10 Reasons for Failure

in Life and Why

As a preface, I would like to mention to anyone reading this Top 10 list or any of my other top list; that this information is based upon personal opinion and my own research. The“Top 10” lists do not follow mainstream ideas set forth by political correctness standards. In other words this information can be ignored and taken with a grain of salt or implemented as a tool for positive change. The choice is ultimately up to the reader. I have researched very comprehensively the matters which I discuss in each of my Top 10 list; however, do not make any guarantees of success here. Any materials suggested in this or other lists are completely of the opinion of the individual authors and I make no claims of the validity of their work. Much of the information in these “Top 10” list is based upon personal experience and research for my published works. How you use this information is entirely up to the reader. I wish each and every one of my reader the very best of success. Happy Journeying! Read more Top 10‘sat link below.

  1. Upbringing or the Way You were Reared
    • We are heavily influenced by the environment in which we are reared. And when I say “heavily” what I mean is, the environment shapes our entire reality up until a certain age. Some residual conditioning if gone unchecked can last a lifetime. So why do many people seem almost destined to fail in life? I believe that many times parents fail to program the child’s minds away from the negative conditioning which they possess themselves. Have you ever heard the phrase “the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree”? This principle is very true when it comes to how we are conditioned in the early stages of life. However, the programming we start with as children isn’t necessarily what has to continue throughout the entire life journey. At some point the programming of the mind become the responsibility of the user. By reading this Top 10 list you are engaging in reprogramming negative conditioning. Congratulations!

  1. Negative Brainwashing
    • Defeatist brainwashing comes in many different forms and through conduits which most people do not even realize. Parent’s young and old alike are many time completely unaware of the failure indoctrination of failure being induced on their children, by their hand. If an adult does not understand his or her own negative brainwashing, how can they have a clue about creating such an environment for their children? You don’t. Over and over the processes of negative conditioning are past down to the next generation assuring a new group of “productive members of society”. Slaves in my opinion. Moreover, if you are thinking that slavery in modern terms is isolated to a particular race, creed, or social situation baring the “elite” you’re wrong. Systems of social conditioning are everywhere and have been with us our entire life.

  1. Facilitating of Continued Negative Conditioning
    • Once we reach a certain age or “mind maturity” then it becomes our responsibility to facilitate what type of programming is received. So why do so many people continue the programming set in place by others such as; government, corporations, church, parents, media, etc, etc.? Plain and simple, it’s easy. Negatively programmed minds are none the wiser; therefore, continued and even amplified erroneous programming feels like home. In other words we tend to stay where we feel most comfortable, even if it is leading us nowhere. One of the greatest admissions a person may face in our time is the fact that her or she could very well be negatively brainwashing into a failure mentality.

  1. Lack of Positive Programming
    • The lack of positive programming will leave a person feeling as if they are always pushing a bolder up hill. We’ve all seen the picture of the little faceless man pushing the huge rock up a steep hill and may even wondered “is that me?” The question comes from deep with the inner-self as if the unconscious is speaking softly in our ears. The answer to the bolder question is absolutely yes, for many people. You are pushing the rock up that hill and are in many cases afraid to let that rock go. However, the rock is only there because of the lack of positive programming. Positive programming is the counter balance to all negative perceptions embedding into your world view. Take away the negative conditioning and the hill becomes flat. The bolder erodes into a smooth pebble to be skipped across the pond.

       top 10 reasons for failure

Top 10 reasons for failure in life and why?

  1. Fear
    • Fear is innate and has assisted in the facilitation and perpetuation of mankind’s existence. Moreover, without a healthy amount of fear surely the population would decrease exponentially. Fear can also be debilitating and used for factors of controlling human psyche. The failure mindset is entrenched in fear based programming which can leave a person literally stuck, not knowing how to be successful on the life journey. Fear is poison for the mind; however, healthy fear can turn out to be a huge motivator for those people who understand their own programming. Ask yourself, are you using fear to move you towards success or are your fears crushing the dreams you knew as child.

  1. The Wrong Kind of Don’t Care Attitude
    • Is there a “right” kind of don’t care attitude? In my opinion, totally, as long as there is no unsettling reasoning behind the “I don’t care” attitude. “I don’t care” without any positive motivation. Example: I don’t care if I win or lose which mean you are planning to lose. I don’t care with positive motivation. Example: I don’t care; I am going to strive to achieve my goal by any means. One of these examples will most likely lead to a lack of achievement. The first example leaves everything up to chance or in someone else hands. You know what I mean, the invisible man. On the other hand, the second example dictates that you are in control of the outcome. The first “I don’t care” relieves you of your power and assures the inner-conversation continues a negative path. The second “I don’t care” gives you full power and allow forward momentum void of the “I quits”.

  1. Copper Top Syndrome
    • If you’ve ever seen the Matrix then you may already know at least partially where I am going with the “copper top syndrome” idea. Have you ever asked yourself “what am I here for”, “What is my purpose in life”? I would think that at some point in your life this question has crossed your mind. The question has definitely cross mine more than a few times. What was the answer that you gave yourself? Would you have the same answer today that you had when the question first crossed your mind? If the answer to the question does not change and life seems to be on continuous loop, you may be a copper top.

    • So what is a “copper top” and how can it be a negative condition of the human psyche? A “copper top” is a reference for a type of battery or throw away energy source. We use batteries to power many of our electronic devices but really they are no good for anything else. To possess the “copper top syndrome” is to function in society as little more than something that is used for its limited power then discarded. Mundane, unexciting, jobs that do not create ample positive growth yet are continuously performed year after year is copper top syndrome. What people choose to do for work in life should be exciting, fun, and fuel the mind with happiness beyond ones imagination. Do you have “copper top syndrome”?

      top 10 reasons for failure

  1. Following the GPS Instead of the Map
    • Are you following the GPS or mapping your own directions on the life journey? This is a very simple concept. When people create for themselves a world in which there is little spontaneity in life, they are following the GPS. This type of mindset never takes the road less travel, always paints inside the lines, and rarely if ever become the explorer. People with this mindset are conditioned to not take chances, play it safe, and don’t make waves. If you don’t know someone like this then it is likely that you are this person. I’m not saying that this is all bad. However, rarely do people who place themselves in this box realize that the trip from A to B should be full of fun bumps, along with twist and turns seemingly leading nowhere. Begin using the map. It’s a lot more fun!

  1. Short Attention Span
    • A huge killer of potential giants is the short attention span. In order to build anything worth loving and being proud of one must possess or develop a long attention span. In the fast paced, throw away, get rich quick world of today people have adopted the idea that Rome was built in one hour while waiting for photos. I have seen people start businesses one week and completely give up the next. I am always utterly amazed at the lack of focus and attention people have for true goal achievement. This type of attitude can only yield one outcome, failure, and not the good kind. I do not normally endorse the setting of long-term goal; however, in this case I will make an exception. Here is a small suggestion, set one long-term goal out past the two year mark supported by a bouquet of small goals along the way. I will talk more about increasing the attention span in a subsequent top 10 list.

  1. Can’t Wake Up
    • If you find you cannot awaken from a false reality remember this “every piece of the puzzle gained in life get’s you one step closer to understanding the full picture.” This quote is my book CLP-Corrective Linguistic Programming; How To Achieve Your Positive Life Intuitively. We don’t have to understand everything that guides us towards “True Success” as long as the tools we use are solid. Sometimes waking into enlightenment can feel like opening the shades of the winder on a sunny day to quickly. We nap the shades closed again and jump quickly back into bed pulling the covers over our head. This is because for many “enlightenment” is some mythical space reserved for gurus, shaman, and holy men. This is further from the truth. Enlightenment is the simple task of knowing more than you did yesterday. Right now you are enlightened!

Mastering The Art of Slow Learning

As a child I was always told that I was a “slow learner”. Today I appreciate habits of slow learning as it have allowed me to master major aspects of my life. I continue to hone my skills through a slow learning process, cultivating my subconscious mind for higher achievement and greater success. I often wonder how many times in life I’ve been a “fast learner” only to squander away the lessons that could have been realized on a deeper level. Now that I have mastered of art of slow learning I move in almost complete harmony with the flow of my life journey. So to all of those people who referred to me as a slow learner, I am grateful and value the compliment.

Thank You!

Top 10 Tips for Weight Loss Success from an Expert

Written By: Michaelson Williams - Jul• 19•15

top 10 tips for weight loss

Top 10 Tips for Weight Loss Success from an Expert

1. Do not pressure yourself to lose weight.

When you put unnecessary pressure on yourself to lose weight, your mind has a tendency to reject the changes you are trying to implement. The pressures in which you are placing on yourself to lose weight cause a negative reaction in your mind. At this point the mind limits the level of success your body would have achieved without the added pressure. Take some of the strain away from the weight loss journey by easing yourself through a series of “Baby Step” actions.

2. First learn to love who you are right now.

Love yourself for who you are right now and then make changes in order to better your life. In other words, you don’t have to torture yourself in order to make positive health and fitness gains. In fact if you do not love yourself and the way you look before you start making changes your success rate drops. You do not have to hate the way your body looks in order to make positive changes in your health and fitness. It is okay to love the extra pounds that you have on your body and still be able to lose weight in order to love yourself even more. Loving yourself and loving your body is about taking care of your health and fitness not about beating yourself up for things you haven’t done properly or positively when it comes to your health and fitness.

3. The stay period

There is a period of time in which your body does not recognize that your new weight loss is truly where it should be. In other words the body wants to maintain the weight prior to current weight loss almost in a manner of rejection. There needs to be a period of time “The Stay Period” in which new weight loss is maintained. If the new body weight is not sustained for a period of time in which the body feels it to be normal weight gain returns. Moreover, there may be greater weight gain than previously known. There is always weight gain once normal eating habits are resumed when dieting. This is why dieting can feel like failing. Changing eating habits for life decreases the possibility of unwanted weight gain. However, if you do not let the body adjusts to the weight loss you may be looking at extra weight gain over and beyond the initial lost weight. The “stay period” allows the body to stabilize new weight loss within natural time frame. Therefore, your new healthier body is much less likely to regain unwanted body fat.

4. Do not focus so much on your rate of change when it comes to losing weight.

Focusing on your rate of weight loss is not as important as the fact that weight loss is occurring in the first place, even though the change may be slow. Whether the weight loss if occurring in your perception fast or slow does not matter. What matters is that the change “weight loss” is happening and consistent. For example: if you lose one pound per month for the next five years that totals 60 pound which is a fantastic achievement. Any weight loss over and beyond the example given would be absolutely phenomenal. Be positive always about the successes you are having no matter how diminutive when it comes to your weight loss. Every small amount of weight loss that occurs is positive; therefore, you should be motivated by each successful movement.

5. Keep weight loss goals small and remember that it’s a journey, not a sprint.

Smaller weight loss goals are easier to attain. Therefore, keep the weight loss goals that you set for yourself small. Try setting weight loss goals which only go out one or two weeks at a time, not months. Stay away from event goals such as; weddings, class reunions, or summertime fitness goals, etc. The reason for staying away from event goals is because once you reach the actual affair the “event goal”turns off. Setting event goals acts as if you are holding your breath for a very long time and at the event you finally get to exhale. Only the exhale is more psychological than physical which can be even more detrimental to the overall weight loss journey. All the “dieting” pressure and stressors are relieved for a moment; however, the likelihood of the weight loss stressors returns with greater force. Once event goals are turned off mind and body tries to returns to its previously perceived normal habits, before the goal was set. This is until you are able to create enough motivation to continue the journey.

top 10 tips for weight loss

6. Core – make sure you do not neglect your core when working out.

Strengthening the skeletal structure and the muscles around it does not always ensure that a back injury will not occur. Without strengthening the core you will likely develop a false sense of core stability because of the rest of your muscles around the skeletal structure are stronger. This can easily lead to lower back problems during heavy lifting or sudden movements as your core stabilizers are not truly strengthened. Be sure to strengthening the core muscles to assist in preventing lower back injuries.

7. Don’t Diet, Plan

The reason I say don’t diet is because dieting leads to a false sense of weight loss. Even though the weight loss that is occurs is actually happening the likelihood of keeping the weight off is slim. Dieting in most cases will set you up for failure or long-term weight yo-yoing. Slowly changing eating habits is more effective in the long term. Short-term dieting or yo-yo/crash dieting starts a rubber band effect. You lose weight fast but once the diet ends the weight comes back plus a few extra pounds. It seems that many people do understand this principle in theory.I find many people continuing to allow company’s marketing“quick fix” products to dictate their weight loss journey. This will almost always assure the person stays on the hamster wheel of weight loss. Try to be aware and stay away from the marketing schemes that want to trick you into dieting with pills, drinks, and potions because there is little to no success in actual dieting.

8. Do not let the scale rule your weight loss.

Weighing yourself is a good idea;however, not every day. The human body can fluctuate from two to five pounds and even sometimes more from the time you get out of bed in the morning until the afternoon. Weighing every day can cause a person to be discouraged about meeting the small short-term weight loss goals suggested earlier.don’t If the scale is ruling your weight loss each time you look at the number on the scale and it moves up because of simple water weight you are likely to take a step back psychologically. The step back in the mind leads to unhealthy eating, laziness, and lack of exercise which in turn leads to true weight gain. The pessimistic attitude can actually create the reality that small weight loss or gains are in fact the same. In actuality this is most likely not the true case if the diminutive weight loss is constant.

9. Water

Drinking distilled water every day can help you to fire up weight loss or even help break through the brick wall of not being able to lose weight. The” brick wall” happens to almost everyone who is on their weight loss journey. It’s when the weight is coming off and all then sudden out of seemingly nowhere it just stops. Seemingly no matter what a person does it becomes extremely difficult and almost impossible to lose another pound. In my experience this happens to everyone who has more than twenty pounds of body fat to lose. When this happens start drinking a gallon of distilled water every day and then completely change what foods are being eaten at what times during the day. Once more in my experience only about 5 days to a week of this activity is needed in order to spark the fat burning and weight loss going again.

10. The Craving Hour

Switching your “craving hour” can help promote fat burning and weight loss. What is the craving hour? The craving hour is usually later in the day when you crave certain foods. This occurs sometimes just before bedtime which can be the worst time to have these unhealthy cravings. Usually the craving houris when we want to eat things such as; pop, snack foods, ice cream, or leftover pasta etc… In my opinion it is very acceptable to switch your craving hours to morning which means any time before 10:00 AM. So eating ice cream at eight o’clock in the morning is very acceptable. Eating a piece of pie, cake, leftover pasta etc. is much easier to burn off by your body then if you eat it at seven o’clock at night sit around and then go to bed.

Kings and Queens from CLP

Written By: Michaelson Williams - Jul• 11•15

kings and queens from CLP

Kings and Queens from CLP

How dare you call yourself a King or Queen?

When you are jesters of society

A King would never sag his garments

And a Queen would never name him peasant because of it

Kings would never hang themselves with belts to up their pants

Queens would never sell their bodies in jerks and twerks of dance

You however possess a mind systematically destroyed

Making you believe your mind is something to be ignored

I know you think words are powerless

This is why you use names as chains

The N’s and H’s are the structural wood

Which build the ships of slaves?

You are not the Kings and Queens who direct the ships

You are much lower in the belly sickened from waves that skips

The mind you possess today work as hands rowing with oars

Through these hands are strong with power, your eyes cannot see the shores

It may be impossible to stop this ship from sinking

Consciousness was taken away, leaving no rooms for critical thinking

Methodically trained as animals while animals are taken for worshiped

How will you rule a kingdom when society knows you’re not worth it?

From within the hull your fists are raised middle finger extended

Though the action is blundering and even a little twisted

Without understanding the power of mind, there is no one home to defend it

Still the next generation stands in line with minds already vanquished

You call yourself Kings and Queens and pretend there’s hope for the next legion

You are Kings and Queens unaware of traps that already lay for the next season

So how can you save your cohorts with mental lashes on your backs?

The ships maps are non-existing not one will slip through the cracks

I’m pretty sure you don’t love yourself so how can you love another

Every time a member tries to get out, “kings and queens” smash them to the gutter

Minds poisoned with “If I can’t make it neither will you”

Not unless on killing words of a rapper or laced in basketball shoes

How dare you call yourself kings and queens?

With your minds stuck frozen in a Petri dish

Being manipulated to fail by every social media scientist

Laying in your own drool and piss while you tweet like twits

If I have your undivided attention and your mind realizes a spark

If there is a knot in your throat and small crack in your heart

Spring from mind’s conditioned chains to toss away the oars

Take over the mighty vessel within directing it to thine own shores

Throw away everything you think you know

More importantly let go of self

These ideas were set conditioned in you

Deliberately making sure to slow your stealth

Read every book on hand you lay

On every word mind is cleared, helping you to find your way

Positively fashioning a brain new ship of hunters not pray

Sailing on coast of True Success where real Kings and Queens stay

black kings and queens
